Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh IT Technical Support to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in IT support and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT devices.

· Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic IT applications.

· Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access issues.

· Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members.

· Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Requirements:

· Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience in IT Technical Support.

· Good understanding of basic IT concepts and technical support fundamentals.

· Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, printers, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.

· Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

· Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop technical skills.

· Ability to work effectively within a team and handle support requests in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

· CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification is a plus.
