Nanotech for Life Science and Trade is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience to support daily administrative operations and assist with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and departments
• Coordinate daily office operations and internal communications
• Prepare reports, documents, and maintain records
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Assist with HR tasks including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and HR documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role (HR exposure is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
