🔍 Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive, well-organized Assistant Manager to support our Cairo office operations.
You will play a key role in coordinating departments, supporting sales management, and ensuring smooth daily workflow across the business.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Assist the Sales Manager with internal coordination & daily operations
👥 Supervise the sales support/admin team & ensure timely client response
📄 Review quotations and commercial offers
📊 Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports
📣 Support marketing efforts & tender submissions
🗂️ Improve internal processes and manage documentation systems
✅ Qualifications:
📅 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, office management, or similar roles
💬 Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with ERP systems
🔍 High attention to detail and ability to multitask
🔬 Background in laboratory/testing sector is a plus
