Production Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Required Experience: 12 years in the production of Eastern and Western sweets, with at least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring production goals are met with the highest quality and lowest cost.
2. Work Organization: Distribute tasks to the production team and ensure smooth and effective workflow while maintaining delivery deadlines.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all products adhere to quality and food safety standards and take necessary actions to maintain continuous quality.
4. Production Planning: Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on orders, and coordinate with other departments to meet production requirements.
5. Equipment Management: Monitor machine and equipment maintenance, and coordinate regular maintenance to avoid production stoppages.
6. Training and Development: Train and guide the production team in using modern techniques and advanced working methods.
7. Report Preparation: Prepare periodic reports for management on production and any issues faced by the team, offering solutions to improve efficiency.
8. Inventory Management: Monitor raw material inventory to ensure necessary materials are available without shortages.
9. Achieving Production Goals: Set effective production targets and work on achieving them by improving efficiency and reducing waste.
10. Compliance with Standards: Ensure all processes adhere to approved health, safety, and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
o Food Engineering
o Food Sciences
2. Experience: At least 15 years in the sweets production industry, with at least 5 years in the same role as a Production Manager.
3. Leadership Skills: High leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
4. Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety Principles.
Required Training or Specialized Courses:
• Production and Manufacturing Management: Specialized training courses focused on improving production and achieving efficiency.
