Administrative Vacancy At Elixir Pharma
Brief Duties:
· Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, and promotional events· Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
· Support the organization of conferences, symposiums, and other marketing events
· Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and printing companies
· Schedule and coordinate internal marketing team meetings and maintain meeting minutes
·Handle administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoices, and contract management.
Required Candidate’s Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree.· 0 - 1 year of relevant administrative work experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in presentation software and document preparation
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
