Role Description
The Document Control Specialist at ALMehwar Hospital is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. The Document control will assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating hospital documentation, including policies, procedures, and patient-related records, in accordance with established standards. Daily tasks include tracking document versions, ensuring proper filing and retrieval, supporting departmental staff with document requests, and monitoring compliance with documentation protocols and will also help review documents for accuracy and completeness, coordinate approvals, and contribute to quality control activities related to recordkeeping. This role offers exposure to hospital operations and administrative processes in a structured, learning-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management, with the ability to maintain organized and accessible records.
Experience or training in Records Management and Document Review to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of Quality Control principles applied to documentation and recordkeeping processes.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems).
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
Relevant academic background in health administration, information management, or a related field is preferred.
