Job Description

• Supervising all Medical representatives for his/her area.

• Preparing weekly report.
• Capable to plan & develop the skills of the subordinates.
• Able to follow up the activities of Med. Reps & sales analysis per each area.
• Co-ordinates with the manager the distribution of Pharmacist products.
• Builds & maintains strong relationships with key customers in order to create positive impact on company’s image & business goals.
• Behaves in line with ethical traditions of dermaelle company

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Medicine, Pharmacy or Sciences
• have a experience of cosmetics and skin care or not experience
• Residence: upper egypt only (Beni Suef - Fayoum ,Assiut-Minya-Sohag - The Red Sea,Qena-Luxor- Aswan)
• Commercial awareness
• Sales skills
• Confidence
• Patience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills
