𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 : R&D Section head

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

· Drive product development from concept to final launch, including technical and process details
· Responsible for leading and overall coordination of different drug development projects based on sound science and quality risk management
· Motivate, develop, and train staff to reach desired production and quality goals.
· Entail developing high quality robust products and processes that are scalable, stable and bioequivalent to the Reference Product
· Report on project status, communicates any issues to project team and management along with recommendations of solutions
· Manage execution of projects to ensure delivery and readiness for commercialization
· Lead initial pilots to assess applicability of new approaches and/or solutions and directs transition from experimentation/ piloting to production.
· Analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings on formulations
· Respond to Non-Conformity Reports and actively engaged in investigating and solving production problems & customer complaints

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘢𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨:

- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
- At least 10 years of experience in R&D.
- Updated with current Regulatory / Export requirements and Quality Guidelines.
- Analytical Thinking with Risk Assessment decisions.
- Strong Planning, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes and ability to tolerate updates and provide alternatives.
- Strong Leadership skills to support the team and maintain healthy culture.
- Professional computer and MS-Office skills.
