Clinical Pharmacist

Ibn sina looking for Hiring Clinical Pharmacist

Task and responsibilities:

· Attendance of daily medical rounds with the other health care professionals
· Daily monitoring of closed unit patients (ICU) & other specialties.
· Documentation of daily recommendations and discussing them with physicians.
· Responding to requests from different hospital units regarding any medication related question.
· Providing nursing education sessions as needed.
· Providing drug therapeutics related sessions to the medical department as needed.
· Help in patient counseling and education.

Requirements :-

- Bachelor's Degree In pharmaceutical science
- 2:3 years Experience in Hospitals is a Must .
- 3 shifts/week .
- Day shift and night shift (flexible ) .
