Production Manager At Future Pharmaceutical Industries-FPI

FPi is now hiring "Production Manager"

Duties:-

- Develop the production budget, strategies , based on the sales forecase and aligned with the company goals

- Ensure that the production departments are operating in an efficient and cost effective manner

- Develop and follow up and updates the current procedures based on the new and required GMp

- Ensure compliance with the MoH requirements and standards.

- Ensure follow up with the daily production schedule and undertake any necessary actions to deal with any discrepancies

- Coordinate with the respective departments to ensure the smooth flow of the operation and anticipate excursions.

- Work and ensure good forecasting for the manpower requirements and in the developing of the production schedule.

- Make use of the available manning and resources to best achieve targets and satisfy the sales needs with the maximum yield and in cost effective manner.

- Work closely with other department to achieve company goals. 

- Ensuring application of GMP, clean in Place and documentation rules.

- Maintain the optimum yield percentage of raw materials

Requirements: -

(10 - 15) years in production field (Solid, Liquid, and Semi Solid ), with 4 years in the same position "production Manager", 

BSc. of Pharmacy, MBA holder, Excellent Managerial Technical & Skills with proven excellent track production track record.
