Job Description

Duties

Receives all system issues from different stakeholders. And troubleshoot the issue as a first line of support
Escalation of more complex issue to technical team or expert
Follow up with technical team to close all support cases
Follow up with service providers in case there was any issue with them.
Preparing documents and videos for how to solve the problem
Support business stakeholders whenever they face any system issue.
Investigates on reasons behind each issue, finds the root cause and communicates solutions to the stakeholders.


Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
0 to 1 year of experience.
Experience in MS office is plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
