Quality Assurance Specialist (Documentation) At Elle cosmetics egypt
Position: QA Specialist (Documentation)
Responsibilities
Performs QA document control function, including document login, tracking, processing, approval, distributing, and archiving in compliance to internal and external requirements.
Ensure that the Document Control systems used at all company sites are harmonized where appropriate.
Maintains change control and deviation processes for SOPs, master batch records, specifications, test methods, validation protocols/reports, technical protocols/reports, and other GMP documents.
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks is desirable.
Ensure that documents adhere to predefined formats, templates, and style guidelines.
Validate the accuracy and completeness of information presented in the documents.
Maintain an efficient and easily retrievable documentation system for all the documents of the factory according to the quality management system (QMS).
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Establish and maintain an effective document control system to manage the lifecycle of documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document consistency and alignment across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Faculties (Sciences - Pharmacy ).
+2 years of experience within the area of – Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical QA department.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.
