QA Section Head At Advanced Food Industries
Advanced Food Industries is seeking to hire
#Quality_Assurance_Section_Head with 7 to 8 years in FMCG and/or food and beverage manufacturing and production industry.
Location : El Obour City
Key Accountabilities :-
· Implement and maintain the FSSC22000 standard· Implement and maintain the FDA requirements on site.
· Ensures QA system is implemented across the food chain by conducting audit on Product, Plant, Processes & services.
· Ensure that FSMS (ISO 22000) & QMS (ISO 9001) system is implemented all across the food chain. Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards & systems within the organization.
· Ensure the document control and records are established with compliance of AFI system and ISO9001.
· Conduct the HACCP and prerequisite program including the extraneous matter control, GMP … etc.
· Conduct technical & food safety training for the members of food chain handlers based on their training needs including the new joining employees.
Food industry background is a must, confectionery background is highly preferred.
· Ensure the incoming raw and packaging materials are complying with the approved specifications.
Education & Knowledge :-
· BSc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology· Experience in implementing FSSC22000 system.
· Thorough knowledge in FDA, QMS & FSMS systems
· Basic knowledge in statistical sampling data analysis
· Knowledge of NFSA& EOS requirements.
· Food industry technical Knowledge (Product developments – Sensory Program)
· Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards
· Aware about product label and packaging specification requirements.
· MS Office applications
