Production Manager At Phileopharma

Phileopharma, Egyptian company specialized in feed additive raw materials and feed additives production.
Phileopharma #veterinarysector are Hiring , Production Manager, is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within a production facility and responsible for ensuring that all production operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards, and maximizing output while minimizing costs.

✅Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee production teams, ensuring that all workers are properly trained, motivated, and working to their full potential.
• Work closely with quality control and maintenance departments to ensure that products meet quality standards and that equipment is properly maintained.
• Develop and manage budgets for production operations and monitor expenditures to ensure they are within the budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

✅Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in #chemical_engineering
Or
• Bachelor's degree in #science , #chemistry and #biochemistry department
. At least 10 years experience in the same field (feed additives, paints, chemicals,fertilizers,….)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the manufacturing industry.
. Excellent level of spoken and written English
