Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand while balancing capacity constraints and inventory levels.
Responsible for developing production plans based on customer demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
Monitoring production schedules to ensure that production is running on schedule and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Analyzes production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and uses this information to adjust production plans as needed.
Works closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure that production plans are aligned with overall business objectives.
Provide periodical reports for related parties sharing delivery dates, delivery plans, capacity plans, etc.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in the planning field.
Microsoft knowledge is a must.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Very Good English skills
