Senior Lab Analyst At Lychee Egypt
Primary duties of this job include:
Lead and supervise quality activities through the shift and work as a role model in spreading good work culture routines.
Testing and reporting of incoming ingredients, merchandise, finished products and packaging material to ensure compliance with company specifications
Lab logistic activities and services including stock’s monitoring, receiving and storage of laboratory supplies.
Receive and manage the customer complaints and work with the QA department to define the root cause for the issue.
Monitoring quality of test results and implementing QC checks
Implementing Laboratory’s Sensory Program routines.
Contributing in the continual improvement of the laboratory’s MS and processes. (improvements/Opportunities)
Maintaining the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
Process Shelf-life extension testing.
Support the commissioning, Validation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory test equipment and instruments.
Monitoring and control of laboratory environmental conditions.
Other roles and responsibilities assigned by Quality manager may be applied
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
3-5 experience in related field
Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and protocol guidelines, and maintain documentation and records
Experience in F&B is a must.
Experience with laboratory safety and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication skills, especially in working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with external stakeholders
Experience in managing lab inventory and budget is a plus
Strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
