Job Description

Assist the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
Assist in establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
Keep abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with co-workers.
Identify, document, and report unsafe practices.
Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
Provide technical support
Ensuring safe working condition.
Assist in developing production drawings and Bill of Material.
Select the components required to execute the production.
Assist in the development and applying test plans.
Might attend coordination/ kick-off meetings, as necessary.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Technical Skills

Very good knowledge of the safety concept to make the machine secure for human usage.

Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation.

Full awareness with international mechanical standards and regulations (especially European standards).
