Key responsibilities for this role include:


Dispensing of Raw materials and APIs required on batches to production areas (solid dosage form & semi solid dosage form) and performing all related SAP transactions.
Dispensing of packaging materials according to weekly schedule and performing all related SAP transactions.
Responsible to maintain GMP, GSP and GDP.
Maintain unidirectional flow of materials, and make sure that any materials issued from or received in the warehouse are with the proper documentation.
Apply First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) policy.
Aware with all MSDS for Raw materials and APIs.
Update Warehouse related SOPs as required.
Responsible for “On Job Training” for dispensing SOPs for warehouse operators as required.
Responsible for warehouse equipment’s and tools qualifications, calibration, cleaning validation and maintenance.
Deviations investigator with the QA Department for warehouse related QARs.
Change control responsible person for change controls related to the dispensing process/warehouse and follow up on the completion of related actions.
Performing quality policies gap analysis related to the dispensing/Warehouse process.
Subject Matter Expert for all Data integrity in all warehouse activities.
Checking and follow up all Documents related to the dispensing process and its documentation process and responsible for applying Data integrity in the dispensing activities related documentation.
Second Check and Reviewer on the dispensed batches if dispensed by another authorized warehouse person.
Follow up all Quality Actions related to warehouse department.
Follow up and reporting any issues related to the EHS.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with requirements and regulations.
Acts as delegate/backup for both Dispensing section head & inbound and outbound section head.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:


Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals with preferable 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations and ERP systems.
Quality knowledge (GMP / Data integrity) and safety oriented.
Teamwork player (preferred experience of working with non-staff).
Understanding of GMPs and compliance in the pharma industry
Business acumen to operate within a large multi-national company.
Strong knowledge of and commitment to Quality and EHS
