Job Summary:
To perform, execute and control purchasing MiGenTra - Egypt requests.
Main job duties/tasks:
Execute local purchasing, follow up deliveries and settle amounts in case of petty cash.
Collect offers, compare prices and review specifications.
Create purchase orders and follow up required approvals.
Record and update transactions on lead time, Control and overview sheets.
Deliver original documents to warehouse after finalizing purchase orders.
Coordinate delivery time with warehouse.
Perform any additional tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or Logistics.
Advance knowledge Oracle.
Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
