Quality Controller At Lychee Egypt
Primary duties of this job include:
Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards
Assist Quality Management to formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity in the business
Promotes GMP (good manufacturing practices) best practices and measure effectiveness of the practices.
Supports the integrated management system programs (internal audits, document management, continual improvement, control of changes) perform as defined.
Perform all in process control procedures to ensure producing premium quality products.
Perform routine inspection across the factory department to ensure adherence to GHP and GMP procedures.
Check the temperature of cold stores and perform routine audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Check the loading trucks cleaning and temperature to ensure the safe transporting for the company products.
Maintain all documentation process related to quality to be fully updated and completed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in related field
Experience in Food safety manufacturing
Experience conducting internal audits and leading continuous improvement activities
Strong attention to details and ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields is preferred
Food and Beverages Industry is a must
