- Monitor and manage all Gourmet social media platforms and reply to all comments in appropriate and timely manner, to maintain a high responsiveness rate
- Work closely with customer service team to ensure synergy of information shared with customers
- Identify customer status, tailor replies accordingly and build a relationship/ bond to ensure customer satisfaction & connection
- Report social media trends/ news to marketing team to support advertising effectiveness
- Engage with customers and customize replied to aid in social media presence & take sale generation initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide a warm welcome and ensure customers feel valued and attended to
- Offer assistance and information about products, promotions, and services
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments or areas within the store
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating them as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring it is free from clutter and obstacles
- Monitor and manage the flow of traffic in and out of the store, ensuring a smooth and orderly process

Qualifications and Skills:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
