Position: Maintenance Engineer
Work location: 6th of October
Job Description :
- To carryout applicator commissioning and capability studies record and evaluate results.
- To carryout testing to customer specifications, record and evaluate results.
- To carryout ageing testing using special purpose equipment, e.g. thermal shock chambers, temperature / humidity ovens, current cycling, dynamic stress, sectioning of crimps, etc.
- To ensure care is taken during measurement and accurately recording of the results.
- To ensure all activities comply with company procedures.
- To be responsible for setting up the universal applicator to include calculation and selection of blades and anvils.
- To use measuring equipment to measure and check tooling against drawings and also angle of bend of terminal after crimping etc.
- To assist the CST department in the development of tooling and processes.
- Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 Years of Experience in the same field.
- 6th of October resident Is Preferable.
- Leadership Skills.
- PLC background
- Mechatronics or Electrical Power Engineering graduates only.
