HR Coordinator - 6 Months At GSEC
Job DescriptionResponsible for coordinating and aligning all HR activities within specific account, coordinate as the primary point of contact for all HR-related services and activities provided by the HR division.
Assist in implementing HR programs to support employee development and engagement.
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job openings, job descriptions &conducting initial candidate screening.
Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information, including new hires, and any changes.
Assist in HR investigations related to work environment and grievances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
Handle logistics for HR events and offsite meetings, including coordination with hospitality providers such as hotels and conference halls.
Administer HR investigations related to the work environment and follow up to ensure grievance procedures are effectively implemented.
Create and post job openings on all relevant social media platforms and company career website.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Review Monthly Organization charts and work closely with HR Account Manager to ensure its updated and reflected on HRIS.
Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the system regularly.
Follow up on yearly subscription for recruitment systems/tools when needed.
Support HR group with HCD announcements: HCD, Condolences, people communication and others.
Responsible for handling summer internship programs and coordinating logistics within his/her accounts.
Benefits and events registration if required.
Ensure the onboarding process, including offerings, contracts, and enrolment of induction programs, is smoothly handled between other departments within the HR team and is implemented in compliance to the HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding process ensure smooth transitions and compliances with company polices.
Assist HR account manager to find HR trends and best practices.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, which can include organizing orientation sessions, training programs, and the completion of necessary paperwork.
Assist in employees performance evaluation process.
Implement the recruitment plans according to the hiring Manager needs and utilize the best means of recruitment to ensure best calibre selection.
Perform interviews in Competency Based Interviewing aligning with competency framework.
Arrange interview appointments with candidates using various communication methods.
Work closely with the central L&D team to ensure that the required developmental programs are implemented as planned.
Participate with the group Talent acquisition team in Job Fairs if required.
Send rejection emails to rejected candidates.
Coordinate with the benefits team any benefits required by the account and ensure that all requests are handled in due manner.
Prepare and send calculations of the overtime and travel allowances for employees to the compensation department and follow up on payment.
Manage and administer in coordination with benefits group team employees’ benefits program such as health insurance, retirement plans and leave program.
Assist personnel manager in renewing contracts process.
Assist HR account manager in the preparation of bonus calculation.
Send probation period survey to the supervisor to evaluate new employees.
