Training Coordinator At El Marakby Steel Group
El Marakby Steel Group looking to hire a “#Training_Coordinator”
-Assist in implementing the company's annual training plan & provide all the necessary resources for implementing training programs, such as preparing the training room, training materials, and all required supplies.
-Participate in analyzing information and data related to training needs, record all training courses and evaluate each of them.
-Monitor trainee evaluations in order to develop employee skills and training methods.
-Maintain training standards and agreed-upon objectives during training courses, in coordination with the training manager.
-Ensure that all training materials and programs comply with the approved training regulations.
-Collect information and data on trainers, trainees, and training vendors implementing the programs in a database.
-Participate in preparing all ISO files and ensures that there are no errors in the related files.
-Prepare and delivers certificates of completion to trainees after the training is completed.
-Update regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required based on the instructions of the direct manager and present them for review and approval.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
-Minimum 1:2 years of experience
Language: very good in English is a must
-Excellent in Microsoft Office is plus
-Location: 6th October City
