A reputable factory located in 10th of Ramadan city is hiring Quality Section head
Responsibilities:
Report any NCRs and follow the corrective action taken by concerning departmentReview the startup checklist in quality points such as printing order line cleaning and clearance
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Initiate and review the quality report on system
initiate quality reports for customers
initiate and review calibration plan for devices
follow up the certificates for any update or renewal before getting expired
Initiate and follow up 5S and quality in lab and site
follow up Customer needs against specifications
Raw Material and finish analysis in lab
Review risk management system and keep the documentation of risk identification, evaluation and action
training the labors and technicians and QC
Handling of the non-conformities and their corrective actions.
Writes and revises Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to describe QC activities.
Continuous improvement with long term action plan
Participating in initiate and review sops for departments
Requirements:
· Language Skills: good command of both written and spoken English.· Computer Skills: Excellent performance of tasks using Microsoft Office.
· Communication skills: very good.
· Bachelor’s degree (Engineer - Science)
· Experience: Proven work experience in Quality of polyethylene pipes or Plastic (5 to 6) years.
· Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
· Outstanding communication ability
