Planning Coordinator At Parkville
Responsibilities
Coordinate between company and manufacturing sites.
Responsible for managing in and out supply plans.
Check and verify demand plan with marketing team.
Plan for production campaigns with factories.
Follow up delivery of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites.
Act as contact point between Parkville (PM, MKT, Commercial, Top Management) departments and manufacturing sites for data exchange.
Prepare the supply plan and confirm with procurement team and follow fulfillment time.
Provide all supply data for the weekly and monthly supply reviews/reports to SC director.
Follow up on inventory level and safety stocks with planning/production scheduling and purchasing team.
Experience:
Previous experience in pharmaceutical production for at least one year.
Education:
Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical/science background is a must.
