Patient Experience Specialist
we're hiring for “Souad Kafafi University Hospital” Patient Experience Specialist with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in a similar role or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of patient experience measurement tools, such as surveys and feedback systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the overall patient experience by developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gather feedback from patients and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to track patient satisfaction metrics and generate reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to patient experience and customer service.
- Foster a culture of empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care throughout the organization.
