dejavu is looking for Online Customer Care Support Specialist
Job Purpose:
Provide full online support through all social network channels ( like: Facebook and Instagram ) and Handle Online calls within the quality standards of the company to maintain dejavu image and deliver the best customer experience
What You’ll Do:
-Answer ONL inbound and conduct outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customers’ queries and concerns
-Align With the concerned teams to assist customers if needed
-Manage dejavu Online Social Media channels by handling FB and Instagram DM
-Keep an eye on brand mentions on social media groups and react if necessary
-Fully understand and adhere to dejavu policies and procedures, use available systems and tools to solve customer issues
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome or at least 1 year as a social media moderator or customer service
Skills and abilities:
- Very good English and Arabic both spoken and written and speed typing
- Appropriate computer skills
- Strong Customer Orientation
- High communication, listening & interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude
- Best time management
Preferred New Cairo residence or nearby
University Degree is a must, Military Service Exempted or completed for males
