Arma Group is hiring Shift Operation Engineer in Sulphonation Plant as follows:

Responsibilities:-

1- review the production plan, examine the plant and follow up the production process
2-Follow up labors activities and coaching them effectively and give them on-job training
3-Follow-up preventive maintenance and follow-up procedures and information systems
4-Apply Quality Management Systems
5-Prepare a production reports and line faults
6-optimize labors performance to increase productivity and reduce cost.
7- controlling the consumption of raw material to increase total yield of production.
8- Controlling all process parameter of manufacture (pressure, temperature, flow, density, PH) by controlling Scada.

Job Requirements:.

•Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university is mandatory
•Experience from 1 to 3 years
• Good command of English
• Cairo or Sharkia Resident is Preferred
