Savola Alexandria Sugar Company is seeking to hire: Process Manager
Location: Egypt, Alexandria
Job Responsibilities
To fully manage production to achieve the targeted production levels and quality standards through implementing operating efficiencies.§ Supervises the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
§ Achieve the desired, saleable production targets and product ranges in order to meet market requirements.
§ In collaboration with other departments, contribute to the development of plant modifications and new plant designs to improve efficiency.
§ Establish, develop & maintain an effective operation to ensure smooth running and efficient 'team' operation.
§ Review and improve technical performance and follow up all sugar losses sources, to minimize energy, water, chemical, materials consumption and the solid losses.
§ Responsible for Quality performance, efficiency achievements, increasing productivity and yield through the best application of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
§ Assessing project and resources requirements for production Expansion, Erection, Fabrication, commissioning for setting up sugar process Plant,
§ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
§ Cost Reduction, Project Management, Erection, Commissioning, Contract Management, Quality Control / Assurance, Proven track record in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production, raw materials, manpower and machine utilization.
Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical Engineering§ 12- 16 years of solid Experience in Beet Sugar and Raw/Brown/Refined processing plant with keen knowledge in quality control
