Operation Analyst At Cilantro Egypt

A great opportunity to join our team at Cilantro as we are currently seeking a talented Operation Analyst to join us.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
5 working days "Fridays and Saturdays" off.
Working Hours: 8 hours.
Location: Maadi

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
- Developing manuals (formatting & templates)
- Follow-up on training team & schedule
- Audit trainers on JI training procedure
- Develop trackers for monitoring JI audit scores
- Follow-up with operations on area scores
- Consolidate operations feedback for JI optimization round
- Be on-ground
- Develop root cause analysis and preventative actions for any issues that may surface and have to do with operational processes

- Bachelor in engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical skills
