 Arafa Holding is hiring a "junior human resources generalist"

summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:-

-Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.

-Post job openings, review applicants, and schedule interviews with potential hires.

-Maintain records of all active job openings and received applications.

-Create and maintain accurate employee records and collect all related documentation and key details.

-Support in training and development plans implementation.

-Contribute in maintaining organization charts on monthly basis for each department.

-Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

-Maintain employee engagement strategies and activities.

Qualifications:-

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.

-0-1 years' of experience working in Human Resources.

-Excellent Command of English language skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
