Deputy Packaging Engineer At Lesaffre Egypt
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the current day production plan as received from the packaging supervisor and distributing tasks upon workers as follows: printing data, cleaning, workers to stand on packaging lines, and 1 worker to get raw material.
Following up on the quality of raw material, make the NCR for the defective material.
following: date of production, production code number related to the cream tank.
Follow up on the Traceability system.
Daily reports feeding include machines report – system report.
Following up on all the reports of FY Packaging to be completed on time.
Follow up on the material stock of FY packaging and order the material needed from WH based on the brand produced.
Follow up the samples sent to the Lab and samples of wetness for Quality follow-up.
Replace the supervisor in case of a long vacation.
COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR THE POSITION:
Knowledge of GMP
Knowledge and understanding of plant safety procedures, troubleshooting equipment, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Possibility of Working at night
Interpersonal skills, managerial, and Communication skills
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Al Behayera /Alexandria’s residency.
Experience in a similar position: At least 3-5 years in the same position.
English speaker, good level of both reading and writing.
