The Position of Assistant Team Leader – Indirect Procurement responsibilities include but are not limited to:Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Buy all the requests for Tiba regarding (Materials, Assets, and Services).
Prepare purchase orders, responding to supplier inquiries, reviewing purchase requisitions to verify accuracy.
Evaluate suppliers in terms of prices and delivery dates.
Organize, control all the suppliers contacts for Tiba.
Prepare the KPI review and compare annually and monthly between (Savings, order fulfillment and processing time) with the Supply Chain team.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure receipt of proper quality and quantity on specified dates, investigate and resolve problems regarding shipment discrepancies.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with rules & regulations.
Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships.
Extensive experience of developing business specific contracts and agreements.
Extensive global procurement leadership experience across all fields.
Handle All facilities services contracts (security, cleaning, pest control, central maintenance, operations, transportation).
Source all required spare parts and services for a huge Heavy &light fleet.
Working directly with the trade marketing team to source and negotiate their productions items (floor Display, Gondola, Gates, Headers, Mockups…).
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 to 3 years of Purchasing experience.
- Very Good command in Excel, Word and SAP is an asset
- Up to date with the methods and procedures of SCM.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Very Good command in Arabic and English
