R&D Specialist At Pharmaplast Company
Pharmaplast company located in Free-zone, Alexandria, Egypt is hiring in R&D dept. An R&D Specialist.
Responsibilities
Development of new products:
o Search for new products.
o Developing Formula/ or search for components.
o Outsourcing of Chemicals/raw materials.
o Laboratory trials, if required.
o Production trials with responsible production department, in case of available suitable machinery.
Or: coordination with engineering department for preparing suitable system.
o Establishment of quality control tests and acceptance refusal criteria.
o Coordination with artworks department for preparation of brochures and artworks, if required.
o Preparation of technical file, clinical evaluation and other supporting documents, if required.
o Registration, if required.
o Follow up till production process is stable.
Improving quality of old products, through customer feedback or sales analysis:
o Coordination with responsible departments for analysis of the root cause of the problem and finding possible
solutions.
o Follow up of suggested plan till problem is solved.
Follow up of open projects.
Working on product brochure, DMF, Art work.
Follow with external lab tests for the finished products under design.
As a part of Validation review team, the RD member prepare Criticality assessment and OPQ report, statistical analysis.
Qualifications
Background: University degree in Pharmacy, Science or equivalent.
Experience: Fresh up to 3 years of experience.
Residence: Alexandria resident is a must.
