QC Section Head At ATM Pharma
One of the leading pharmaceutical company is hiring “QC Section Head” with the following Criteria:
JOB Description1.1. General Responsibilities:
1.1.1. Managing the area of Methodology and stability, and distinct background of MOH Requirements and submitted files
1.1.2. Responsible for initiation and compliance with system SOPs
1.1.3. Manage the budget of QC projects under his responsibilities
1.1.4. Follow up instrument’s maintenance and calibration.
1.1.5. Training and evaluation of department employees.
1.2. Analysis Activities:
1.2.1. Supervise testing of RMs/ Intermediate and FP using current pharmacopoeias, any associated ‘wet’ chemistry and instrumental techniques (HPLC, IR, UV…..), as appropriate.
1.2.2. Supervises & checking QC analyst/technician work: preparation of test solutions, volumetric solutions, & other duties at physical & chemistry labs.
1.2.3. Familiar in designing excel sheets supporting QC activities.
1.2.4. Very robust stability background and familiar with MOH comments and CAPA.
1.2.5. Method development and AMV as per ICH Guidelines.
1.2.6. Managing OOS/ OOT.
1.3. Regulatory Affairs Support
1.3.1. Be online for ensuring that Ministry of Health and Population requirements for the pharmaceutical products under registration are completed in the specified time.
1.3.2. Review the DMF-QC Perspective and sharing in CTD preparations.
1.3.3. Preparing and monitoring the submission for license variations (If any)
1.4. Project management
1.4.1. Follow up and update projects schedules and milestone.
1.4.2. Liaising with other departments to introduce new products on time and to continue to improve the performance of the existing products.
Essential Personal Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical / Science from a reputable university.
• Experience: from NLT 8-9 years in Pharmaceutical Analysis Field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to learn and develop.
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL & PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Very good English Language skills.
