--Position Title :

Associate- Responsible Complaint Person for North Africa Lilly

--Scope of the position:

Product complaints management and ensuring compliance with the applicable policies.

Position based in: Egypt

--Technical training, personal skills and experience required:

University degree in Pharmacist / Chemist-Pharmacist or equivalent.
Previous experience not required.
Fluent in English (conversational, writing and reading)
High learning agility
Good interpersonal relations and ability to interact.

--Responsibilities:

Assist to Alliance Quality team in meeting global policies and local quality procedures requirements.
Assist to Alliance Quality team in shipment temperature assessment.
Receive product complaints, document and manage their workflow in the applicable quality management software.
Responsible for timely reporting and closing of product complaints.
Provide response to product complaint based on the results of complaint investigation.
Ensure good documentation practice and retain documents according to retention policy.
Interface with third party distributors and internal cross functional team as applicable
Monitor product complaint metrics and provide quarterly report.
Coordinate with third party partner in product complaint sample shipment for product quality investigation.
Assist in any additional product quality task as required.
