Job Description
Collaborating with the client and client service team on study objectives and client requirements for the survey execution
Creating high-quality questionnaires; coordinating the translation process
Checking programs for online surveys
Acting as a point of contact for the client and client service team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection
Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
Creating study material for external vendors and monitoring the progress of interviews
Liaising with internal and external departments on pre-field set-up
