1-Registrar Officer
Roles & Responsibilities::
· Maintain accurate Student’s records, student registration, transcripts, enrollment verification, withdrawals, transfers & records of achievement.
· Ensure students record comply with relevant legislation.
· Process documents related to admission, registration & final grades.
· Ensure compliance with graduation eligibility requirements across all academic programs.
· Assist Students, faculty & staff with a variety of academic services in managing academic policies and procedures.
Update the student registrar on a regular basis
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data entries and reports to ensure accuracy
Qualifications :

2- Archive Officer
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage the archiving room, ensuring that all collections are properly stored , maintained & organized
· Ensure the documents, records & artifacts are cataloged accurately and properly stored
· Develop strategies to keep archives up to date
· Prepare reports on archive activities
· Create new procedures for archiving materials in order to maximize efficiency
· Monitor the condition of the collection items in order to identify any conservation issues
· Maintain a filing system for physical & digital records
Qualifications as follows:

· Proficiency in data entry, communication skills, organizational skills , computer skills, Team Player
3- Assistant System Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities as follows:
· Handle Classroom reservation for courses in a timely manner
· Generate reports on power campus for decision making.
· Use SQL server Reporting services (SSRS) to generate reports as needed.
· Generate and manage academic schedules for Fall, Spring & Summer Semesters
· Handle the students technical inquiries
· Responsible for managing the dashboard system
· Handle all technical issues requested from the registrar in cooperation with the IT department
· Assist with general office tasks as needed, such as filing documents & storing mails
Qualifications as follows
- Fresh Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or Engineering
