What You’ll Do
- Preparing a monthly report for the financial management showing the next month's payment plan.
- Replying to the monthly production plan with the date of arrival of raw materials with the Planning Department.
- Sending the bank's management report with all the documents pending in the banks.
- Sending a report on the position of opening approved documents.
- Sending a quality control report with certificates of analysis under review
- Reviewing the production plan through the Planning Department
- Implementation of planning requirements by requesting quotations from suppliers according to the required quantities in the materials plan schedule Within a week of requesting quotations,
- Compared prices, suppliers are discussed about prices, quantities, method of payment, and the supply order is raised on the computer.
- Following up the supply order record on the program, approving it, and presenting it to the head of logistics, financial management, and costs
- Sending the supply order to the supplier and starting production and supply in the agreed period
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
- Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy, Vet Medicine, or Science
- 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a must.
- Proven work experience as an Intelligence Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills to review lots of research and reports
- Strong critical thinking skills to piece together different data points
- Knowledge and understanding of different cultures and regions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Intelligence Analyst
