Aujan Coca-Cola, a leading FMCG company located in industrial zone, 6 October, is looking to hire the following position:
- Quality Control Executive (Experience of 4-5 years)
Job Duties:
- Carry out and record chemical and physical laboratory testing of products.
- Ensure tests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and all results follow strict methodologies.
- Perform and record internal calibration check of the lab. Equipment and instruments as per the required intervals.
- Ensure retained/shelf-life samples are stored effectively for traceability and testing as required.
- Constructing, maintaining, and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example, titrators, pipetting machines, and pH meters.
- Follow up quality and food safety points in production line.
- Follow up CIP and batches preparation (Sampling & analysis for every batch)
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) within the lab, and Follow all the Lab. documented procedures and instructions regarding HACCP, ISO, Hygiene, and EHS.
- Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks.
- Carry out water and Wastewater analysis according to SOP.
- Perform sanitation & hygiene test procedures to ensure compliance to company standards & local authority standards.
- Participate in food safety activities in the shift.
- Reports Laboratory KPIs to the Laboratories manager on monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor degree in agriculture, chemistry or any relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of FMCG experience.
- Very good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Figures & details oriented
- Professional user of Microsoft Office
- High level of English language
- Familiar with the requirements of the international and food safety standards.
