Finished Product Specialist At Safe Pharma-pharco pharmaceuticals
Summary:
This position holder is
responsible for analyzing chemical and physical tests for Finished products and
in-process products in a timely manner.
Job requirements:
Functional Roles:
Perform visual inspections of
finished products.
Registration of Finished product
archive data in the different records of product phases in Retain Sample room.
Make and hang Labels that express
the state of the product batch number with manufacture and expiry Dates.
perform out-of-specification and
failure investigations and recommended corrective actions.
Perform routine and -routine
analyses of in-process and Finished products.
Sampling dried bulk products and some
products in medicine phase from production area for chemical and physical
analysis.
Sampling coated products for
disintegration tests.
Sampling dried bulk products for
keeping as retain samples.
Receiving Finished product from QA
for analysis and for keeping as retain sample.
Analyzing samples and recording
the results in the analyst notebook and issuing certificates for analysis.
Interpret test results, compare
them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations
on appropriateness of data for release.
Complete documentation needed to
support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks,
or inventory forms.
Write certificate of analysis for
each product according to products specification.
Store samples in retain sample
room.
Participate in
out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective
actions.
Provide feedback to the management.
General Roles:
· Daily, Quality Control Analysts ensure that lab cleanliness and safety
standards are maintained.
Apply the rules for preserving the
environment while working.
· Appling of CGMP & GLP rules.
· Qualifications: Bachelor
degree of science or pharmacy
· Experience: 0:2
years.in QC lab
