Duties and responsibilities:
The duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist will specifically include (but are not limited to) the following:
Support in developing and implementing various platforms strategies in collaboration with the digital team and digital consultancy.
Define and monitor the most important social media KPIs.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest modifications.
Aid in launching new platforms or websites.
Research and recommend innovative advertising trends.
Create content for digital projects.
Oversee the creation and execution of social media campaigns with marketing and creative teams.
Work closely with related stakeholders: marketing, creative, and IT departments.
Publish digital marketing content online.
Manage the digital marketing calendar.
Suggest training and development subjects for the internal teams.
Recommend agencies and/or top-skilled candidates in the fields of copywriting and digital media buying and analytics
Qualification and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
0 to 2 years experience in a digital marketing role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices.
Good understanding of digital marketing tools, media buying, metrics, and digital analytics.
Awareness of the updates in digital marketing and quick to adapt to and implement.
Possess good knowledge of Photoshop, graphic designs, and HTML.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Team spirit and ability to interact professionally with other members of staff.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver top-quality jobs consistently.
Copywriting skills is an asset.
