Customer Experience Specialist At TBS Egypt
We Are #Hiring #Customer_Experience_Specialist with the following Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and others)
- Strong Excel experience, reporting, pivoting, creating dashboards with equations.
Location : 6th of October
Maintain a level of proficiency dealing with customers.
Reply to all customer concerns/issues through email/phone.
Make sure that all TBS policies are applied.
Providing the best quality replies and handling complaints.
Support the operations to make sure that workflow is smooth.
Provide all necessary care for customers.
Survey customers via phone to make sure the experience is very good.
Background in the Food industry is a plus
