MTBI a manufacturer of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) is continuing to grow and expansions as a result we are pleased to announce that we are looking for potential candidates. So, we are hiring position:
" Quality Assurance Supervisor "

Responsibilities: -

. Supervises and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
. Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
. Supervises sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
. Develop and implement training programs for quality and production personnel.
. Supervises and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
· Responsible for document management systems.

Requirements: -

. Bachelor of related medical background as Science, Pharmacy, etc.
. From 5 to 7 years’ experience
. Solid in using Microsoft Office.
. Strong to attention to details.
. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
. Active person and Problem solving.
