We are looking to hire Research & Development (R&D) Manager for a Full-time position.
Job Description:
1. Preparation of product trials (Lab Scale, Pilot Scale & Large Scale.
2. Perform trials on new products, follow up & evaluate these trials.
3. Adjust and request raw materials according to the production preparation guidelines & scientific development from planning department which is the contact between the production & warehouse department & responsible for controlling & reviewing the quantities & types of the raw material from the related departments.
4. Prepare trials, pilot and production batches on the current & the new products, follow up & evaluate the results.
5. Lead and manage a team of researchers and scientists, overseeing the planning and execution of research projects for the development of new drugs .
6. Plan and contribute to project-related scientific/technical activities (e.g., interpret results, critical assessment of data, draw relevant conclusions, and write reports).
7. Work proactively with other cross-functional groups to execute change controls associated with Manufacturing and Packaging master records, SOPs and protocols.
8 . Author technical documents including Product Development Report, Quality Overall Summary, and other relevant documents for regulatory filing purpose.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pharmaceutical research to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
10. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making.
11. Responsible and accountable for the internal product development pipeline and will manage and oversee personnel involved in project specific implementation and execution of planned development activities.
12. Responsible for development project planning/strategy and project management across multiple approved company projects at any one time according to timelines and budget parameters.
13. Work closely with the Scientific, Clinical and Medical Affairs Department .
14. Responsible for promoting a culture of innovation both within the Research, Development, and Innovation Department and across the business.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Pharmacy or Science.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D formulation role at Pharmaceutical Companies.
3. Professional in Trouble shooting & Technology Transfer are highly required.
4.Very good command of English
5.Excellent MS office skills.
6.Excellent communication skills.

7. Manage of QC Resources.
Qualifications:

Job Description:
1.Follow up all engineering projects and technical activates relating to the project & prepare reports on the project's status during working projects and ensure are completed all projects according to project plan.
2.Preparation, Scheduling and pre-planning before initiating projects.
Formulations of the projects, determination responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team
3.Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects.
4.Coordinate with external subcontractors that are required to complete the all maintenance.
5.Follow execution & receiving of all all maintenance works from the external subcontractors..
6.Prepare annual periodic maintenance for following up and maintenance of the building and all utilities in addition to the requirements needed to do that
7.Issuance of all necessary licenses from all competent government agencies, bodies or any authority from which licenses are required for all business inside or outside the company in accordance with business allegiance and required by laws, regulations, presidential or ministerial decisions, or any decisions that require obtaining licenses.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering/Pharmaceutical Engineering is required .
-Experience not less than 5 years especially project management in pharmaceutical manufacturing field.
-Have a good knowledge & experience in engineering software programs such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project.
