Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
Answer questions about services or the company
Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls & sales and note useful information
Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of them
Administer all work required to complete sale cycles
Peruse any task assigned by the management to grow the business
Job Skills Requirements:
0 – 2 years of experience in this field
Working from our office
Excellent communication skills
Good English command in listening, reading, speaking, and writing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
