Seoudi Supermarket is calling for Undergraduates (Temporary Contract - 6 Months) to be joining our E-Commerce team as a "Contact Center Representative - Admin Dashboard"
Responsibilities:- Responds to customers activities through outbound voice calls, digital channels, and accurately reflect a positive image of SEOUDI Supermarket.
- Provides accurate information about SEOUDI Supermarket products and services, processes customer order on computer systems with 100% accuracy.
- Provides personalized experience through identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, in addition to going extra mile.
- Seize opportunity to promote SEOUDI Supermarket products through up sell and cross selling when they arise.
- Ensures all key performance indicators for customer satisfaction are achieved, including agreed service levels, quality standards and productivity.
- Ensures all SEOUDI Supermarket policies and procedures are executed in a positive manner.
Working Conditions:- 6 working days, 1 day-off (Fixed).
- Rotational Shifts, maximum ends by 2:00am.
- 9 working hours, including 1 hour break.
- Work location is between Sheikh Zayed and Masr Al Gadida, depends on the candidate address/location.
