Summary:
Prepare & conduct all related stability tests of new & current products ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and regulatory guidance documents.
Job requirements:
1- Prepare & conduct chemical & physical stability tests for all new products & current products to ensure its compliance with MOH, GMP, pharmacopeia, quality, related standards…etc.
2- Prepare the necessary needed Chemicals, materials, tools…etc. to maintain accurate lab inventories.
3- Assist in equipment & instruments calibration & maintenance to ensure the accuracy of testing & results while complying with related specifications & SOPs.
4- Document & record all analysis, reports & results related to chemical, physical & microbiological analysis…etc. to be communicated to concerned departments.
5- Coordinate & effectively execute CAPAs while ensuring on time implementation.
6- Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding department function updates, prepare presentations and develop surveys as per superior instruction and work needs to ensure effective & accurate updated records.
7- Prepare, maintain & develop policies and procedures concerning stability department aligned with company & corporate. Attend internal & external audits and perform retainable archiving for documents, applied forms and SOPs to guarantee effective, continuous improvement of department activities and compliance with performance standards.
8- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science or any relevant field of education.
1-3 years of experience in related functions, Preferred Pharmaceutical industry.
