- Minimum One year of experience as OD Specialist.
- Previous working experience with HR Platforms, JDs and PMS
- Excellent Business writing.
- Multitasking skills and focus on top priorities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Develop and implement performance appraisals, create developmental plans, and follow up on the implementation to ensure that employees meet their cascaded departmental objectives and exceed the business expectations
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the accountabilities needed for the position holder and define the authority matrix.
- Identify training and development needs and create the TNA based on performance appraisal results through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with line managers
- Participate in development and update of organization policies and procedures in order to maintain an internal control system
- Update organizational charts on a monthly basis
- Recommending training and development systems
- Support and collaborate on the development of specific initiatives to drive employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness programs
